The price of a business website is not set by the number of pages but by how much bespoke work goes into it: how many custom-designed screens are built, whether the content is ready, whether several languages are needed and which external systems it has to connect to. No fixed price list would give a realistic picture of that, so every project is quoted after an individual survey and agreement. What is certain is where it starts.
Premium starting price
from €1,900
net, one-off fee
This is the entry level for a full-value company website with its own visual identity: structure plan, custom design, mobile-friendly layout, quote request form, SEO foundations, GDPR content, editing interface and training. It is not a template and not a trial version: this is where the field starts.
Budget package
from €700
net, one-off fee
If getting live fast matters more than being unique, this is where we start. There is less design work and less flexibility: we work from a fixed layout, most of the text and images are produced by AI, and there is a narrower budget for fine-tuning. In return the deadline is measured in days, and you get the same editing interface, hosting and mobile-friendly operation. If a custom identity is needed later, you can move up to the level above at any time.
What drives the price?
The same sentence, we would like a business website, can mean a €2,000 project or a €20,000 one. These are the factors that make the difference:
- Number of custom screen designs: what counts is not the number of subpages but how many different layouts have to be designed and coded.
- The state of the content: with finished copy and usable images the work goes faster; copywriting and photography are separate items.
- An existing visual identity: if there is a logo and a brand manual, we work from those; if not, identity design is a phase of its own.
- Multiple languages: every additional language means separate content management, translation and search engine handling.
- Custom features: appointment booking, quote calculator, customer account area, downloadable document library, careers portal.
- Connecting external systems: CRM, newsletter tool, invoicing, ERP or an existing internal database.
- Blog and news module: with categories, authors and search engine optimisation.
- Migration from an existing site: carrying over the old content and 301-redirecting the previous URLs, so that hard-won search rankings are not lost.
What is not a one-off fee?
After handover two items stay ongoing: the annual domain fee and hosting. The latter runs on our own servers, with daily backups, certificates and security monitoring. On request, regular content updates and a development retainer come on top of that, if the company does not manage the site in-house. These run as monthly arrangements, priced by the agreed scope.
The amounts above are net, indicative starting prices. We give a firm price after a short survey, in a written quote, itemised and with specific deadlines.
