I carried out full maintenance, development and translation of TM Janeda's WordPress-based website, a structural engineering practice. When the collaboration began, the site was extremely slow.
The first page load took 10-15 seconds, which significantly harmed both the user experience and search engine optimisation.
Through targeted performance optimisation, I managed to cut the loading time drastically, and achieved this even though the site still runs on an outdated PHP version and less-than-ideal hosting. Once the hosting is switched and PHP is updated, speed can be improved even further, but even on the current infrastructure the site now offers a fast, modern user experience.

After the speed work, I also started on search engine optimisation. In the first phase, based on Search Console data and keyword research, I reworked the titles, meta descriptions and main headings of the main and project pages, and worked keyword-focused sentences matched to real searches into the copy. The results are currently being measured, and the next phase will build on them.

Drastic speed optimisation (10-15 s → a fraction of a second)

The project started with taking over a half-finished Magento webshop, where the goal wasn't just to finish it, but to build a stable, high-load-capable, reliable system.

We planned and built the complete VPS infrastructure from the ground up: hosting and server structure optimisation, environment fine-tuning, as well as identifying and fixing performance and stability issues.

Numerous custom extensions were developed and existing modules modified, often tailored to business logic rather than off-the-shelf solutions. Varnish cache and nginx were added underneath the system, significantly improving page loading time and load capacity.

As part of the project, the cash register software was integrated with the webshop too, ensuring legal compliance and automated data exchange between sales and the back-end systems.

The result is a fast, stable, scalable Magento webshop that is sustainable in the long run from a business perspective as well.

magento2.hu is my professional site for Magento 2 development, maintenance and hosting services, built with my own WebPotCMS system. The whole site was structured around search engine optimisation and content logic, with no template or extensions.

The content is built on genuine professional depth: standalone landing pages, knowledge-base articles and a glossary were created for Magento 2 development, migration, maintenance, VPS hosting and performance optimisation. Machine processing is supported by structured data (FAQ, HowTo, Organization, DefinedTermSet), clean HTML and fast serving.

For the Libwomanstore project, we designed and built the entire webshop from the ground up on WordPress. The work wasn't based on a template solution: the visual identity, user experience and technical implementation were all tailored to specific requirements.

The project included developing the webshop, customising its features, and setting up multilingual content and translations. Particular attention was paid to a clear product structure, a discreet appearance and stable, reliable operation.

The result is a modern, clean, easy-to-manage WordPress webshop that holds its own both commercially and technically.

The WangPromHerb Thai Balms webshop is a fully custom-built system running on our own WebPotCMS engine. The aim of the project was to create a lightning-fast, stable, marketing-optimised webshop without compromises.
The system isn't based on template solutions: the frontend and backend architecture were designed specifically around business requirements. As a result, the webshop runs with extremely fast loading times, low server load and high availability.

One of WebPotCMS's greatest strengths is its flexible extensibility: marketing features, campaign logic, custom product handling and automations are all integral parts of the system, not bolted-on extensions added later. This significantly reduces the potential for errors and increases long-term reliability.

The solution is SEO- and conversion-focused, prepared for both modern search engines and AI-based indexing. The system enables fast iteration, A/B-style development and technical changes aligned with business decisions.

The result is a fully controlled, fast, secure and scalable webshop that is shaped by business goals rather than the limits of an external platform.

For endicon.de, the project focused on the secure migration of an existing website, as well as improving the system's performance and stability. Key priorities during the task were a transition without data loss, continuous availability and putting the technical environment in order.

During the migration, the server-side environment was also optimised: settings were fine-tuned, performance issues were identified and fixed, and faster, more reliable operation of the website was ensured.

As a result of the project, the site became more stable, faster and more sustainable in the long run, meeting modern hosting and performance expectations.

Robottelepites.hu is a self-run service website built on a custom-developed WebPotCMS system. The goal was to create a fast, technically clean, search-engine-optimised site that delivers real business results.

The system's structure is specifically SEO- and conversion-focused: it features a logical content structure, clean HTML, fast loading times and an extension-free architecture. As a result, the website achieved outstanding organic visibility on Google.

WebPotCMS enabled fast content and technical iteration, so the site not only reached but has consistently held onto its top rankings, while running with low server load and stable operation.

The result is a website that is proven in business terms and performs outstandingly in SEO, generating leads from organic traffic rather than advertising spend. The icing on the cake is that, once you enter your garden's details, it emails you the expected installation costs and recommended models.

The JobelHome.com project covered two complementary areas: the secure migration of the website, and programming a smart home system for a property.

The work included a complete migration of the WordPress website without any data loss, while ensuring continuous operation and availability. Following the migration, stabilising the system and basic technical fine-tuning were also part of the task.

As the other part of the project, I programmed a Loxone-based smart home system for one of the flats. The aim of the automation was comfortable, reliable and energy-efficient operation, tailored to the flat's functions and everyday use.

The result is a stable web presence and a modern, well-functioning smart home solution, where IT and building automation work hand in hand to serve the property.

PinkTara.hu is a webshop built on our own WebPotCMS system, where the focus was not only on fast, stable operation but also on accurate, reliable marketing measurement.

One of the project's key elements was implementing Google Ads Server Side Tracking integration. Because of the limits of client-side measurement (cookie blocking, browser filtering, data loss), the measurement logic was moved to the server side, so events are transmitted more accurately, more reliably, and consistently over the long term.

The Server Side Tracking solution made it possible to:

• measure conversions more accurately,
• train advertising algorithms more effectively,
• and improve the return on marketing spend (ROAS).

Thanks to WebPotCMS's flexible architecture, the measurement logic is built on native system components rather than third-party plugins, making the solution fast, secure and easy to extend further.
The result is a data-driven webshop that is technically well-prepared for marketing and meets modern data protection and measurement standards.

For the szerszamgep-shop.hu project, we supported and automated the webshop's technical operation, with particular focus on product management and online marketing.

As part of the work, we developed a custom UNAS product import script that enabled efficient, structured and reliable loading of products into the system. This significantly reduced manual administration and ensured data consistency.

The project didn't stop at the technical side: we took part in setting up and running Google Ads campaigns aimed at increasing relevant traffic and sales. Aligning the technical background with marketing played a key role in the site's effective operation.

The development and campaign management take place within a long-term collaboration with one of the largest garden equipment distributors in Hungary, where stability, reliability and scalability were key requirements.

The result is an automated, marketing-supported webshop that also operates efficiently from a business perspective.

The ecodan24.hu project is an earlier piece of professional work of mine.

During the project, I took part in developing, extending and maintaining a WordPress-based website. COP is linked to the exclusive distribution of Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps, so accurate professional presentation and stable operation played a key role.

The development tasks included building a heat pump selector/calculator system and connecting it to a Joomla-based webshop. The goal was to create an easy-to-use decision-support tool that serves the sales process with a technically reliable data connection.

As part of the project, the site also received ongoing maintenance, updates and bug fixes, ensuring stable, long-term operation.

For the miosz.hu project, I took part in developing the administration system of the Magyar Ingatlanközvetítők Országos Szövetsége (Hungarian National Association of Real Estate Agents).

The work focused on backend PHP development, with particular attention to handling and integrating XML-based API connections. When developing and extending the logic running in the admin system, data processing, communication with external systems, and ensuring reliable, maintainable operation all played a key role.

The aim of the development was to build a stable, well-structured, reliable admin interface that effectively supports the organisation's internal processes and data management.

Myrtis Creative Kft. is a guerrilla marketing creative agency where I started my career. The company works with numerous large, nationally known brands on demanding, fast-paced projects. Erste Bank, Nestlé, Tv2, RTL, etc...

Through this work, I gained insight into campaign-based thinking, managing client-side expectations and how a large corporate environment operates. The project environment was disciplined, deadline- and quality-oriented, which gave me a strong foundation for my later professional development.

The experience gained at Myrtis laid the groundwork for a systems-oriented mindset, business thinking and professional work practices that have stayed with me throughout my later web, backend and marketing-focused projects.
