• WebPot DEV

  2026 - New website, new goals - AI+

Our previous website had become dated: for years, we'd put most of our energy into client projects, and our own brand fell by the wayside. The arrival of AI-based development tools gave us the push to start afresh.
We relaunched the site with new goals and a new look, so we can serve a wider range of clients and run more projects in parallel.

The name WebPot DEV marks a new era, in which development and design meet within a single team: we build bespoke solutions that deliver measurable results. We're continuously delivering the projects we've started since then, and they'll soon appear among our references.

We currently have spare capacity to take on new clients, so please get in touch if you'd like to discuss working together.
We don't fill our pages with unchecked, generated content: uncontrolled AI text is easy to spot, and it doesn't perform well in search engines either. We create unique, professionally checked content for every page.
We're open to international clients: webpot.eu is our English-language website, with the same services and prices in euros. Our Hungarian site is webpot.hu.

• Bai Pho Kft.

  2024 - Managing director

We ran business premises at Belgrád rakpart 3. Because of the high rent, though, we decided to restructure the company and take over as managing directors ourselves. We now work in IT, webshops, marketing and IoT solutions. We work with a number of large companies, delivering our work reliably and to a high professional standard.

We chose the name Bai Pho because it means Bodhi tree in Thailand.
Buddha reached enlightenment beneath this tree, so the Bodhi tree symbolises wisdom, enlightenment and spiritual growth. In choosing the name Bai Pho, we wanted to express that our business also strives for wisdom, growth and enlightenment, while supporting our clients and communities through our services and products.
We care for Europe's largest living Bodhi tree, from which we've given propagated saplings to numerous Buddhist communities, supporting Buddhist communities across Europe.

We have no connection with the Bai Pho Thai massage in Kelenföld; we mention this to avoid any misunderstanding. We're a completely separate business: our owner previously worked as a Thai massage therapist at Mammut, and is currently studying in Thailand, from where they help run the company.

• Magento 2 Egzotikus Fűszerek

2024 - Webshop hosting and operations

A family business approached us to help finish and launch their Magento 2 webshop on an Ubuntu VPS server. Their range includes many unusual and rare spices. As part of our long-term collaboration, we're still involved in developing the webshop, and we also take on larger WordPress projects together with the family's own developer.

• WangPromHerb.hu

2021 - Thai products and balms

The company's managing director and owner is from Thailand, so it made sense to bring the most popular Thai balms to the Hungarian market. We supply many salons and private customers. We import regularly, and with demand steadily growing we pay close attention to stock management. You can now also buy in person at the PinkTara store.

• Bio-Kertem.hu & Robottelepites.hu

2021 - Robotic mower installation and gardening

Nature and gardening have always been close to our hearts, so we added outdoor services for the summer months to what we do. We started out offering gardening services, then specialised in installing robotic mowers. Alongside our Bio-Kertem gardening services, we offer robotic mower installation through our Robottelepites.hu website, where our team of experts helps clients choose and install the most suitable robotic mower. We've reached the top of Google's results for the keyword “robotic mower installation”, so demand for the service keeps growing.

• Our own VPS

  2021 - Ubuntu VPS

As our number of sites grew, it proved simpler to serve our content from one place, so we set up our own Ubuntu VPS web server, which still hosts many of our websites and webshops today. We also run our own mail server; given the automated attack attempts that come with this, we pay close attention to server security and ongoing maintenance.

• WebPot CMS

2019 - Our own website and webshop framework

This website and our webshops are built on a custom CMS, development of which began in 2019.
WebPot CMS is an easy-to-use, flexible and customisable content management system that enables fast, efficient website and webshop development.
The system delivers fast page loading, which is an advantage for both search engine optimisation and user experience.
The admin system is also fully AJAX-based, so managing content and products is lightning-fast and straightforward.
During development, we faced numerous challenges, but solving them gave us valuable experience in web development, programming and project management. Throughout development, we kept search engine optimisation and technical performance firmly in mind.

• Starting the business

2017 - Webshop hosting and operations

Launching our first successful PrestaShop webshop, during which I got to know how webshops work, how to manage products, meet customer needs and handle logistics. Our webshop still runs successfully today and keeps growing. PinkTara store, which now also has a physical shop.
I also took part in numerous projects in collaboration with other businesses, which further developed my business management and project management skills.

• IoT leap

  2016 - COP Rendszertechnika Kft.

COP Rendszertechnika Kft. is the official Hungarian distributor of Mitsubishi Electric heat pumps, and its main focus is heat pumps, building automation and the development and implementation of IoT systems. This is where I first got to grips with building automation and WAGO IoT systems, took part in numerous Loxone building automation programming and extension projects, gained deeper technical knowledge along the way, and over the years learned to solve even the toughest problems on my own.
I also further developed my IT and programming knowledge, and got to grips with the basics of project management.
We currently take on smaller IoT projects, but in future we'd like to play a bigger role in this segment again.
We're thinking more in terms of agricultural IoT solutions, since there are still very few IoT solutions in agriculture, so there's greater scope for development and growth here.

• Borland Delphi / RAD Studio

  2015 - Delphi-based desktop and hybrid applications

I learned the fundamentals of desktop application development in the Delphi / RAD Studio environment, gaining deep knowledge of the Windows platform. I developed hybrid applications with embedded Chromium integration, as well as web-based remote desktop solutions. WebPot's current logo also dates from this period.

• Professional foundations

2010 - Myrtis Creative Guerrilla Marketing

My professional career began at Myrtis Creative, where I learned the fundamentals of marketing and communication, as well as programming and web development.
We worked with major companies such as Erste Bank, Nestlé, Danone, TV2, Unilever, Theodora and Coca-Cola.
The company is still going today, but I left so I could focus on building my own business and continuing my studies.

• Beginnings

  2009 - Our first website

It started as a hobby project and is still running today: a fully AJAX-based solution that still holds its own on desktop.Kékfestő Kovács
